Happy Raccoon, Unhappy me - Unhappy Raccoon

This is really a great game. Even though it's in beta phase it was actually fun to play this game. I really like the rouge style gameplay and mechanic of this game. The character design and the graphic of the game is also incredible despite being in the beta phase. Even players who haven't played this genre of game will like this, the character in this game are all well design and their skill are different from each other and they are very satisfying and fun to use and it can be upgraded as you complete stages, the map and the mob design is also really well made but it gets repetitive and their is different type of object that the players can utilise and most importantly the controls are easy to use and the soundtrack is subtle and soothing and very fitting to the theme and I haven't faced any lag or bug while playing so the the game is really optimised and only the thing it's missing is some content.

Great style, great gameplay, and great potential!

I was pleasantly surprised by this! It's not only a game with a very nice furry aesthetic and style, but it's very well refined too. My first run was full of surprises, despite my expectations being fairly low. It reminded me of other great roguelike games I've played that I hold in high regards, like Rogue Legacy, Gunfire Reborn, and Enter the Gungeon. The build varieties seem really nice and the characters seem quite cool! Permanent progression is nice as well, but it may not be for everyone.

I'm gonna be honest, I only played for two days but it was enough to form an opinion. I like the idea itself, I think the cat-human thing is really cool, the art wasn't bad but not of my liking either but that's not the important part. What bothered me a bit was how the story started, it felt like a lot of information was just being thrown at me, the dialogues seemed a bit... confusing? I'm not sure but I think it could've been better...?
