The first part of this guide will outline what everything does and the main uses. The latter part will give you better instructions on how to use/benefit from those areas.
Ruins
Ruins are very dependent on the income you can get from holding ruins as this will greatly affect what you can get from the Ruins shop everyday. Here is a useful calculator which can help you work out as to how much income you will need to sustain buying the items from the Ruins shop on a daily basis.

When it comes to Beast pets its best to focus on leveling up 1 then focus on the next. Don't waste resources on 1* or 2* pets as they will be fodder eventually. For 3* if you dont have any 4* get them to rank 3 one at a time rather then all to rank 1 then all to rank 2 etc... For your first 4*'s try to save up 9000 Hell points so that when you push Hell realm far enough you can buy 3 of them right away. Then start using Hell Jade to level those ones up, pet talents are important to match to their corresponding servant. Again there is a bunch of guides and resource to see what stats are best for which Servant.
