Perfect World Mobile scammed me.

They released an item called LUCKY EIDOLON PACK that gives randomly a Mystical Eidolon Shard, need 25 of that to exchange to S-grade Eidolon.

I spent $150 buying that packs and got 13 shards. A few days later they removed this gambling pack. So I can't continue collecting 25 now. So I spent that $150 for 13 shards that I CANNOT use.

When I reported this, they defended themselves that the item was a limited item and they already put announcement on game announcement and facebook. I defended with those were easily overlooked. Posts on facebook get buried over time, also I run the app to PLAY the game not read some texts that's mostly filled with copy pasted stuffs from last last weeks, maintenance notes. Both were easily missed.

In the end they refused to offer any definite solution, even when I asked when the item will be available again, they gave me a vague answer like MAYBE it will come back. That made me very very angry. They also asked my understanding, SERIOUSLY, I am the victim here, I asked for THEIR understanding first !! They're not being reasonable. A mutlimillion dollar company scammed me for $150. They really have no shame. Even if it happened unintentionally, I still feel genuinely scammed, because it did happen and I suffered loss for $150, that's real, but apparently they saw it differently.

They're playing the I'm a big company card, I can get away with anything. I sell virtual items that practically NON EXISTENT LOL, and people still buy them.

I am playing a different card, I am just a drop in the ocean compared to them, but a drop makes ripples.

As of now the problem is solved, they put the item back for just a week but enough for me to get the rest I needed. I will still leave this bad experience I had here, because they made me wait for more than a month with anger and frustration.
