The best way to ensure you have a high collection rate for F2P, is definitely doing the dailies, active participation in ranking events. This might sound obvious but is surely ignored. Prestige is the most important factor moving ahead in the game. So here are some of the ways that i was able to farm 500+ only in TP. This includes Ruins, Compete exchange, Kunlun meeting exchange, events exchange, travel, Boutique exchange, Pantheon, void exchange, Winning alliance & personal events ( Top 20 & rest in CS events ). CS events are very advantageous for rankings Top 10,20,50. The talent pills in these brackets are very frequently equal to or more than of Local top 1. The difference might come in no. of tokens, title and other resources in rewards. Also using at least 10-20 sjs in limited events is a good way to ensure 6-10 TP every 2-3 times a week.

This doesn't include other talent resources such as growth items. These can be obtained in almost all the mentioned exchanges.
