The reason is there is a concern Again with the game, that's why Govt. of India Removed the game Temporary basis. After having a meeting between KRAFTON and Govt of India, may be krafton planning to skip 2.2 update of BGMI, so I think we can't get update this time so wait till next 2.3 update.

Author likedbro as i mentioned that may be 2.2 update is not coming but we can get 2.3 update directly so we have to wait untill 2.3 update, it is KRAFTON's original statement.
