Now I love Metroid games as much as the next person and games that sort of follow the same formula and today we are looking at a very interesting game called " Ghost Song"

Summary:

On the desolate moon of Lorian, a long-dormant Deadsuit awakens from slumber—armed and combat-ready, memory clear of purpose. But something new is stirring…

Strike out beneath the surface in search of answers in Ghost Song, an atmospheric 2D adventure of self-discovery, ancient mysteries, and cosmic terror. Explore winding caverns lit only by bioluminescent flora, battle strange and powerful creatures, and acquire new abilities to help you unearth this alien world’s long-buried secrets.

My Experience:

Ah! one of my top favorite genres of video games Metroidvania!

"Ghost Song" is a wonderful Metroidvania game, that gives you many places to venture on this planet, crawling with weird creatures, toxic environments, and more! Meeting with various characters willing to help you and tons of things to experience playing this game.

Honestly, another favorite of this year after playing it at the last steam festival showing the game and I was very impressed with it!

Cons:

Can get lost abit in the beginning

Sometimes the combat feels slightly wonky

Verdict:

" Ghost song" did a really good job going into the Metroidvania aspects of the genre, with great character design, unique monsters, and multiple ways going about each area.

Ghost Song gets a great rating of " Worth the buy " and is a great game for those looking for another Metroidvania game to the steam library!
