Finally a great 3D Sonic game!
940 View2022-11-10The world's fastest hedgehog is back with a new adventure, and a lot of content. Not only his signature racing levels, but also a large 3D world to explore with a lot of things to do.
Pros:
- Sonic Frontiers is ultrafast - it is Sonic, after all.
- It uses a wide variety of gameplay mechanics - racing, collecting, fighting, puzzling, upgrading Sonic... a bit of everything.
- Five large islands to explore at your own pace, this is unusual for a Sonic game.
- You even have a story, told in many cutscenes.
Cons:
- I think the visuals, especially on the island maps, are not too beautiful.
- Camera control is sometimes a bit glitchy.
- The game is pricey, really pricey.

It's a decent Sonic game for mobile devices. You can expect the normal free-to-play features.
The visual style is adequate; it is not overly spectacular and is more akin to what you would see in an arcade. However, it is in keeping with the overall design of the primary interface.
The gameplay is enjoyable and addictive; nevertheless, some characters are incredibly weak, while others are dangerously damaged. The matches and courses are enjoyable, and the daily prizes of 8 hours, chest opening timings, and character choices are fantastic.

Sonic is back with a fresh open-world adventure - Sonic Frontiers Review
Blue streak speeds by, too fast for the naked eye, and that can only mean one person. Or, uh, one anthropomorphic hedgehog. Yes, I’m talking about none other than Sonic the Hedgehog, and yes, those were lyrics from the hit Saturday morning cartoon I watched as a child. In a way, playing Sonic Frontiers brought me back to those days.
Seeing my favorites characters—Tails, Knuckles, Amy, and yes, even Dr. Robotnik (aka Eggman)—all come together for another adventure was a hit of pure nostalgia. But for as fun as it was to embrace the familiarity of old friends, Sonic Frontiers also offers a fresh new take on a series that has now run for over thirty years. Though it's not perfect, Frontiers does a great job switching up the formula and offering something new for players to enjoy.

SHOULD I PLAY SONIC SUPERSTARS?
Play it, especially if you’re an old-school Sonic the Hedgehog fan or just love platformers. Sonic Superstars is the latest game to take its franchise back to basics, and I love it! Jumping into this 2D adventure felt just like playing a classic Sonic game. Although the lack of voice acting (or dialogue at all, really) reminded me of what I hated about that era, Sonic Superstars
