3D has made coming to the games a lot more worthwhile. Upgrading players is a little bit more money-based than I would like, but the youth academy and ways to earn tokens are quite creative and fun. I would like to see more variety in 3D gameplay, since it can get quite predictable after watching 5 matches. Counter attacks usually end the same way, every free kick being direct, rebounds being very rare, and yellow cards leading to corners feel a bit strange.
I will suggest you allow for automatic changes when players are tired and manager is not online to watch the game...If you could, do not let the game be interupted by the players conditioning. It could be a button that can be pressed to check and substitued. Also players training for other positions should be allow to play those positions while training to master it. It will also be nice showing a replay of goals.

This game really surprised me, in a good way. Though it looks pretty plain at first sight, the game actually contains great details and designs for you to discover and dig into. As a football club manager, you need to take care of everything, which is vividly displayed in this game. The playability is insane and it’s definitely worth trying if you’re into football and authentic management games.

Pocket GM 3: Football manager is an american football simulation manager-mode game with lots of options to manage your team and create a great football franchise of your own! I was quite fascinated by the intense degree of details provided about your team players, team staffs and league board in this game. Honestly, I am not a football fan but I did love to play this game as I could sign/trade players, watch games play-by-play, hire different team staffs like coaches, scouts and physios and so on!

Pocket GM 3: Football Manager is a football management mobile game where you can play as football manager trying to create an ultimate football franchise. I was quite excited to see that I had the ability to sign, trade and draft players just like a real manager. With these options, surely I was looking forward to create a best team with very high possible overall ratings.
Looking into the gameplay, you play as a manager for a standard set of players and rosters or you can just generate random players and rosters to spice the things up. I really loved this feature in the game as this could make the gameplay more challenging and new every time I start a new game. We can save the game progress in multiple save slots in this game. You can play the game in various difficulty and reputation levels which I think is fantastic as this allows you to try out your performance level at various modes with possibly different gameplay styles and strategy. I really appreciated how the game showed the players, teams and game standings stats in a very detailed way. You can weight out your players and team based on their defense, offense and overall stats. These stats are the fundamentals for creating an ultimate team in this game. While playing the game, you are shown the match events in a very exciting announcement way as the game change the tides depending on the performance level of the opposing teams. I really loved the detail of the gameplay events announcement which could give me an overview of how well my team or opposing team is performing in the field.
