Developed by Joaquín Castro, Torii is an independent adventure/puzzle game full of odd creatures and surreal sceneries. It is a reflective trip about the feelings that surface when a loved one passes away.

While Torii boasts gorgeous graphics that are both SHINY and FANTASTIC for a Solo Developer, the games story is DARK and SAD. Torii was just released on Steam and I had the pleasure of playing it, and while yes, the graphics are gorgeous, and the story is sad and mysterious. The puzzles can be mildly frustrating unless you are patient and put the time in to give them a chance. Will you find all the memories? And piece together the mystery of Ipa and her sister?
