you can download beta test game if you submitted some request letter a last week or months, it depends on your region. same for me, they accepted me as beta test on april 28, 2020, but forgot to check my email and now can't download the game anymore.. I'm so freakin' stupid to not check my email.. but I think the beta test is done and you can't donwload anymore or submit something, cho-cho whatsoever...
