Why is the touchscreen not working? Pls how to fix it ? other games can be played with 5 fingers, but this one only with 1 finger.

I don't know I don't think a smartphone with a Snapdragon 720g processor's is so outdated that this game cannot be played but i fixed it. My screen was so cracked that the touchscreen didn't work properly. Just had to change the screen So it was very strange that in other games I could play with 5-4 fingers and it worked
