Stay is essentially an action adventure and puzzle game with a friendly difficulty threshold. Many of the cat's habitual behaviors are incorporated into the game mechanics, and it's fun to play as it flies up and down walls, using high places to push down objects and sharpen paws to scratch doors, and even meowing to solve various puzzles. It's as if you're a curious kitten wandering around this neon-lit city at night.

The main character of the game is a cat, but the player himself has a sense of detachment from the cat, unable to reach the real inner world of the cat. And a large number of other characters in the game are robots. They look human but ultimately are not human. They are just imitating humans. In fact, humans do not exist in this game, and the only living organisms you run into are enemies. This game makes me feel lonely.
