You can get the heroes and its exclusive weapon even without pulling anytime any banner you want. The devs give you worthy items even without reasonable cause very often. And there is record that f2p 0$ that got all of the heroes. Even the whales hesitate to buy the package because there is no much difference to normal rewards.
