I can't recover via save cloud, each time i tried to sign in via email, it keeps saying please login to taptap but once i log in to tap tap app, it did not give me any code. even when i tried login via phone number, still im not receiving any messages.

It's not possible to log in with a non chinese phone number. The cloud save feature works only with a chinese taptap account and to have one you have to register on the chinese version of taptap with a chinese phone number
