Hi everyone!

We’re HypeTrain Digital, and for the last few years we’ve been working on Voidtrain, our survival game, currently in Early Access. The game will get a full release pretty soon, and since many of you may have never heard of it before, we thought this was the perfect opportunity to introduce Voidtrain to more people and briefly tell you about its most interesting features.

First of all, Voidtrain is a quite unique survival game. Instead of surviving in, let’s say, a forest or on a desert island, you’ll have to do it on… yes, on a train. In a surreal zero-gravity Void. We know it may sound a bit overwhelming, but don’t you worry, we’ll explain everything in a second!

In Voidtrain you play as an engineer thrust into the strange and mysterious Void, a world with its own history, rules and future, where gravity sometimes does not apply. All you have in the beginning is a train and a thirst for adventure, so you’ll have to collect resources, upgrade your train, craft weapons and fight enemies alone or together with your friends in order for your endless journey in the Void to be successful.

The Void is a vast ever-changing world full of mysteries and unique places, and it has much to offer for those seeking adventure. For instance, you’ll come across floating islands with puzzles and dangerous fauna, different minefields with two types of mines, huge depots where you can upgrade your train and collect resources, and many, many other interesting spots. Moreover, you’ll even meet incredibly adorable allies on your way - Rofleemo. They are full-fledged assistants that will make your adventure easier and brighter, as they can warn you of a minefield, help you gather resources, or simply sit and dance on the floor of the train, cheering up the whole crew.

Fortunately or not, Rofleemo aren’t the only ones you’ll meet along the path. The Void is not only a mysterious but also a dangerous place with dozens of various enemies and obstacles. You’ll have to craft and customize your weapons and equipment, get away from chases and enormous blood-thirsty sharks, stand against multiple enemy waves in the arenas, clear outposts and be prepared to constantly fight for your life.

Let’s finish it off with the most interesting part - the train. As an engineer, you won't simply expand your train, but you'll build it yourself from scratch. Start with an empty trolley and develop it into a proper train with multiple wagons and a steam or a diesel engine. Not only can you fill the wagons with useful and necessary objects, such as storage facilities or many types of workbenches for production chains, but you can also decorate them with objects of various themes to make the interior of your mobile base unique and inimitable. But it's not just about the interior - the look of the train can also be altered by selecting different visual themes and wall types. You can also hang armor plates on the walls of the train to protect the regular walls from being shot, install and upgrade battering rams to break through the obstacles on the way, and even place tables for mini-games to play cards or backgammon with your friends or Rofleemo.
