Ive never seen a beta look this beautiful..

wow, I was very surprised. Very polished game and gameplay, did not feel like your particular beta run. Graphics are gorgeous and controls smooth I'm really enjoying the game, can't wait to see where it goes from here. Would really love to see co-op as well. Can't wait to see what lies ahead.

The game itself is really good and the graphics are among the best I’ve seen with this specific genre of games. Since I’m only reviewing based on the beta I felt there were a few minor things that needed to be fixed, but I’m sure they were just beta issues that will be worked out in the final game. For example, customizing your keyboard/controller is very difficult. Originally, I plugged in my Elite Xbox Controller to play this game and it was very slow and the controls were unorthodox to say the least. When going into the settings for it there was hardly anything you could do to change it. In regard to gameplay, as a player I felt a little overwhelmed with how much was available to do when just starting out. While it’s good to have plethora of objectives for the player, having a lot at once can be overwhelming to the point it becomes confusing and players are unwilling to sort out what is what. With all that said, the game itself is beautiful and has the makings to wipe its competitors out. I’m excited for the release and am eager to see what changed they make post beta.

Played the beta. Story and art wise, the game is truly wonderful. Plus the japanese voice actors nailed it during the story mode. There are a lot of features in the beta so it would be a bit confusing at first because gameplay overload. Story: 10/10 Art and BGM: 10/10 VA: 10/10 (Junichi Suwabe and Toriumi Kousuke was the reason I got interested in the game) UI: 8/10 (so many features, so if a beginner would play...it would be a bit too much due to info and game play overload)
