Lords and Tactics is a Three Kingdoms-themed management-style game that kept me invested with its cool graphics, intricate system, and voice acting.
There are a ton of these games, and gameplay-wise it's really no different than other strategy management games I've played, but you know me! I love Three kingdoms. Collecting my homies Zhao Yun, Xiao Dun (yeah, I know he's team Wei, and I'm a Shu guy, but I always admired the eye patch), and Guan Yu was awesome.
Building my barracks, training more soldiers, and leveling my heroes felt satisfying. In fact, the battle sequences against the barbarian hordes felt pretty great. One complaint was the wait times it took to build a new fortress encouraging me to use precious resources to build faster ( I want satisfaction now, dammit!), but there's always something to manage or build while playing Lords and Tactics. It's a fun little title I'll hang on to for a while.

Lords and Tactics is NOT for me.
Lords and Tactics. Another base building game where you have to build a ton of army men and women and go fight the enemies outside your gate while waiting a long time for things to be built and produced, unless you invest in speeding things up. I do not like these games, I find them really boring. The combat is completely automated. There's nothing for you to do but manage the city and either wait for things to build or use paid currency to speed things up. Not my type of game, Never really enjoyed these. But the art style of the characters is nice. That's the only thing I like about it.

If you like the Three Kingdoms theme and management games can choose to download and try! This game gives me a moderate feeling, there are too many of these games, but what surprised me was that the battle scenes reminded me of a game I really liked as a child

A unique take on the 4x4 rts genre
Looking for something different in your next 4x4 RTS? This game might offer you some entertainment it has an interesting concept of building up your kingdom from scratch. The story feels straight out of a fantasy story book. You a noble inherit a small castle from your uncle and from there it is your goal to restore your noble family kingdom and rise above to become an even greater kingdom in the realm. One of the things I liked about this game is the ability to create your own house banner flag. You are also able to view the inside of your own ciry castle called your keep and it even shows the different rooms inside it where your nobles reside. You can start making families to inherit your throne and create dynastic blood lines. The gameplay is more about kingdom building mixed with some rts elements of attacking pve tiles combined with being able to design and layout freely castle walls and towers and units to garrison and defend your castle in case it gets attacked. You are able to position your units at the start of battle and give simple commands like halt and advance. The game also has quests and alot of story like elements that blends it with tutorial of the games system. You can mix and match units that are led by your champion. The game is really nice but it has some In app purchases to provide speed and production boosts. So be ready for some in app purchases and pop ups. All in all its an interesting take on the genre for those who wish to give this game a try.
