So I played this game Striker Girls 1955, and the first thing I noticed was that while this game is meant to be played in portrait mode, if you happen to turn your phone into landscape mode, the game will glitch out and everything will look weird. So keep that in mind. Other than that weird glitch, the game itself is really quite fun. Gameplay wise you are playing a bullet hell type game with an anime aesthetic.
The Pilots are all anime girls and you yourself is an anime girl pilot. You must dodge all the enemy bullets while taking the enemy units down too and collect the stars you get from taking them down. These stars won't collect themselves, so if you miss collecting them the stars won't be collected. These stars are important because they are part of your in game currency which is used to upgrade your plane.
And you will want to upgrade your plane because the early stages of your plane is severely weak. There is a cash shop as well for buying stars so if you feel like this game is worth whaling out on, you can always do that. Ads will play after every attempt, but they can be skipped, and thankfully thats the only ads you seem to get in this game.
Visually I think this game looks great. While you only see the opponent anime girls portraits, you are able to see your own character from the main menu. You cannot create your own anime girl though, you only have the one default version.
Colours are bright and look great. Same with the combat effects too. Overall I'd say that Striker Girls 1945 is a really fun game. And it also gets super challenging. The bosses are pretty tough and if you are someone who struggles with keeping track of all the projectiles coming at you, this can be a problem. I really like this game so far. I'll definitely consider making this a side game for killing time.

Nice Arcade feel But Slow Controls...
Striker Girls 1945 gives you the old school arcade feel. The graphics are nice and the land you fly over has great attention to detail to it. That's about it though for the good parts. The controls are awful and will probably cause you carpel tunnel once you are done playing. You have to keep your finger constantly on the screen in order for the game to even work. Once you take your finger off the screen it goes into this slow-mo. pause menu. After about 10 minutes of maneuvering your finger all over the screen in order to move the plane your wrist and finger hurt.

Striker Girls 1945 is a bullet hell type of anime girl game, where you can upgrade your fighter plane in order to strengthen your ability to take down enemy units. This game was fast, intense and super fun.
You will feel like your plane is slow in the early stages of the game, but that will change once you upgrade your plane a few times. The stars you collect from taking down enemy units are your in game currency, so the more stars you collect in game, the more currency you can use to upgrade your plane. You can also buy stars from the cash shop if you think this game is worth whaling out on.

MY OVERALL SCORE 4/10
The game has wonky controls and poor hit detection on your attacks. The constant bombardment of an ad after ever level of time you die is annoying. The graphics and atmosphere are good, and I love the detail of the land as you are flying over it.
