Christmas Update - biggest update for Spellbook Demonslayers on Steam so far!

Permanent Upgrade: Expulsion The Expel mechanic changes how you interact with demon spawns. Instead of taking a hit because a demon spawned too close to you, now you will be rewarded with bonus experience. Ultimatum You can now earn greater rewards using the Ultimatum system. Increasing the Ultimatum amount at a Corrupted Shrine will Spawn another shrine with increased rewards and difficulty, but enemy damage is permanently multiplied by +7% and yours by -7%.

🔶 Most pixelart in the game has been redone, and a lighting system has been added. 🔶 Light Radius stat has been added: Affects how much light you emit. Demons in your Light Radius are weakened, causing them to take double Knockback. 🔶 Enemy collisions have been completely redone to improve performance. This change also makes knockback much better at pushing through packs of demons. 🔶 Spells can now be leveled endlessly via treasure chests & spell level boost effects.

To join the Beta in Steam, right-click the game in the library page and select "Properties". Among the available tabs will be the "BETAS" tab. The beta should be listed in the dropdown menu under "Select the beta you would like to opt into"!
