Genesis:Start is a PVP RPG Gacha Game. I do appreciate its 5% drop rate for SSR characters but there are just few things that we can do in this game. Compared to a normal rpg gacha game like epic seven, this game does not have a lot of contents like dungeons and story battles, which I think is very disappointing! There is no tutorial for this game as well and as a beginner, I myself was quite confused in this game despite having played a lot of rpg gacha games before. This game is really unique but in a sense that this is my first time finding a rpg gacha game with only pvp content.
For gameplay content, we just have 2 playable modes. First one is PVP battle where we can battle against another online player. We have to hire upto 3 heroes in our team and we can only use 1 hero per turn. If you take longer time to use your turn then you will lose the game right away! So be careful! Second gameplay mode is just auto battle where your team just keeps defeating random opponents which is not story based. You can get good loots out of it.

I think character skill animations are quite good but the overall gameplay is simply too common and cliché. I loved the character artworks (espeically waifus) in this game none the less. The background music could have been much better. A proper story background for every character could make the game more enjoyable and relatable. I was surprised to not to see any tutorial in this game at all.
In conclusion, this game seems to be really NOT that "worth playing". I wouldn't recommend a game that has no tutorial, below average graphics, vague storyline and that lacks a lot of in-game contents. Especially when this game is only available for IOS platform and US users only. I felt like as if this game was released very late and right now, its very vague.

GENESIS:START - Quick Game Review
Genesis:Start is a RPG gacha game with primary focus on PVP gameplay mode. I do love RPG gacha games but this game surely lacks a lot of fun contents that I would expect in a typical RPG gacha game. Surely arena PVP battles are fun but only having such content while missing out story dungeon, raids and other contents is a huge drawback to this game. In the gameplay, you are just allowed to play either auto-play battles or the PVP battles. In the auto play battles, you can just watch your characters using skills and playing automatically against opponents. Upon win, you will get various loots that can help you a lot in your character build up. During auto-battle, you can't provide any manual command or inputs to control your characters. In the PVP, you have to battle manually and you need to be fast or else, if the time runs out then you will be declared loser! I was quite shocked to see how the timer ran out so fast! And I felt it quite unfair to be declared loser right away for being a bit late instead of just transferring the turn to my opponent. The battle system is pretty basic where you select one of your three heroes and then make them move and get them to use their attack command or special skills.

This is a decent game. The graphics are really unique the game has alot of VA which is great even though the VA isn't in English I can still appreciate good VA when I hear it. Now this is a story based game so there might be more story than actually gameplay in the beginning. The combat system is different from what we have seen in most Gacha games and there is a mix between turn-based and rhythm style game play. Overall the game is at least worth the try if you are into only male characters and if you like storybased games.

This game seems like a wasted opportunity. The graphics are great and the characters are really good and well animated but the gameplay is very disappointing. This could have made an interesting MMORPG but instead it's just a run of the mill turn based gacha with very basic combat which you will immediately auto. The only difference is that instead of going stage by stage via a map, you run around a small 3D environment speaking to NPCs for story and stages.
