Path Of Ra is an amazing puzzle adventure offering excellent visuals and an authentic Ancient Egyptian feeling, and I'm dead serious about that. It was made in collaboration with Simon Thualt, Doctor of Egyptology, for added authenticity. It shows in the developers' dedication to making the characters and facts as true to life as possible.
Path of Ra is ultimately a simple game. Get the reincarnated Pharoah from Point A to point B by rearranging the hieroglyphs, but in between, the game takes off. As I progressed, the puzzles increased in difficulty and creativity but remained fun. If things got too hard, there was always a hint button I could use for tips (not that I would ever resort to using tips!)
There is a narrative in Path of Ra for those that like a good story. The more puzzles you solve, the more information you get about the king's mysterious death. The cutscenes and visuals after solving puzzles really add to the narrative experience during these sections.
What I liked most was that the game moves very quickly. On average, it took me less than 10 minutes to solve a puzzle, and then I was on to the next one. The perfect game for picking up and putting down when you're on the go or traveling.

You are an explorer who found a tomb. In the sand, you will unravel the story of Pharaoh as you solve puzzles and discover clues.
I enjoy the game of unlocking doors and uncovering the truth about ancient Egypt. I even got stuck on the puzzle, but it was a challenge for me.
