Legendary Warriors Champions, a game that completely shattered my assumptions and I was so glad that they did. Gameplay wise this game has very simple controls. All you need to do is control your character with your thumb to move them around, and the game will do the killing for you.
And while the shooting may be automatic, the fact that you can control your character and dodge the attacks yourself is a breath of fresh air in a sea of fully automated mobile games. Throw in the fact that every 5 or so levels you will get to choose upgrades and new skills and you are left with a super hardcore and powerful character who will end up pretty much one shotting every enemy they see.
At level 30 in progression I was already 3 or 4 shotting the bosses. Which is pretty crazy! I also noticed that when you die, even if you choose not to resurrect, you can retry the level that you died on, with zero consequences. No ads to watch, no gold lost, and you still have all your skills and upgrades. This is a very forgiving game and I think it's really interesting.
The variety of bosses and enemies do need to be increased though. They are very limited and it can get a bit boring seeing the same mobs over and over again. In the end I kept playing because I was so curious about how much more powerful I could get.
Visually this game looks great. It's bright, and cartoony and the effects are nice to look at too. Overall I'd say that Legendary Warriors Champions is the kind of game that took me by surprise. It's a lot of fun and will have you feeling overpowered in no time at all.
It does suffer from a lack of variety in the enemies, and I feel like they need to get more powerful too in order to balance how ridiculously strong you get. But other than that, I think this game is a lot of fun and you should definitely give it a go!
