Facebook sign up is busted!

One of my favorite games to play even, but than I factory reset my phone and signed in with the same Facebook account I originally signed in with and now the game just crashes everytime I try.
I would love to give the game a better rating, but I cant even get into my account anymore. 💔💔💔
Looks like it's because of their Netease Version of the game. I had made an account on that version, and it doesn't transfer to the older versions of the game. So now I'm forced to wait for the Netease version to ever play again, because the username is tied to that unreleased version.
Well let's hope I haven't totally messed up my Facebook link sign in by the time the new game releases I guess. Customer service didn't even have a clue what had happened, and couldn't help at all. I found out on my own when they told me to connect through the Netease version of the game, which isn't even available anymore in my country because it was a beta test. Huge waste of mine and their own time, and now my account is tied to a version of the game I cannot even access until the Netease release date.
Will better review when I can I guess 🫠

The game is good and I played it in the play store, a shame that it cannot connect to the internet and also continue with the progress that I have made on Facebook

I was very excited about this game but seeing that it's having problems it's not worth trying a game that just came out and is already crashing the game I can't enter the game server I don't know if it's happened to you but it's done with me happens I can't login as soon as this game exits and it's already having problems😔😔

I love this game actually but...
I just couldn't play it on my phone, forced to play it on an emulator instead. The first time I played was fine but after a few days in game it suddenly stopped responding and closes itself. I've tried to download it like 10 times already and still couldn't get pass the log-in screen. The second I pressed ENTER, it crashes. Then after I tried to open it again, it just turned off itself. I even tried making a new acc but still fails. PLEASE just let me play it on my gd phone 😭😭😭😭😭

just don't use Facebook login in general. because Facebook is getting rid of their features almost every update. just use your Gmail account

Author likedWell I would if I could, the Netease version of the game didn't have that option during it's beta. Now the entire version of the game isn't available in Canada.

It's really the same, I also reset my phone, now I can't log in with my Facebook account, after logging in, it always goes out, I don't know if the publisher still cares about the mobile version of DBD mobile???

Author likedSo messed up right, they don't realize we've lost access because there're 2 versions of the game. customer support on the version our account is on, isn't even reachable unless you use the app. which is no longer available in Canada/other places. so we're locked out, until they drop properly the new "Netease" version.
