The game as a whole was created with a low budget with a view to starting small and going big in future. The game itself centers on the storyline of Korean culture and characters, hence there wasn't the need to hire Japanese voice actors and spend more of their budget unwisely. You really think Japanese voice would have fit well for characters and story that are Korean culture focused ? Low thinking, sir. It was already a well accomplishment that they decided the voice acting part to be done by Korean voice actors instead and in English for an online game that was released globally from the get-go. And if you're just going to whine on that every anime-like online games should have Japanese voice acting and make this the main focus for your reviewing of a game, then you are better off not reviewing at all and watch anime instead where your typical waifus always go around saying "moe moe"
