Genshin Impact: Recommended System Requirements and Rules for Cross-platform Play

Dear Travelers,

The day for us to meet is getting closer! Genshin Impact will officially release on September 28 for iOS, Android, and PC! To provide you with a more smooth experience, an open test for PC will begin on September 15 before the global release on September 28.

Please read the below information about recommended system requirements and rules for cross-platform play carefully.

【Recommended System Requirements 】

➢ PC

- Recommended configuration: i5/8G memory/discrete graphics card GTX 950 and above.

- Supported configurations: i5/8G memory/discrete graphics card GTX 750ti and above.

➢ Android

- Recommended Models: Any one of Snapdragon 845, Snapdragon 855, Snapdragon 855Plus, Snapdragon 865, Kirin 810, Kirin 820, Kirin 980, Kirin 990

- Supported Models: ARMv8 64-bit and above with 3G or higher memory.

➢ iOS

- Supported/recommended models: iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone X, iPhone XR, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XS, iPad Pro 3, iPad Pro 11 Inch, iPad Air 3, iPad Mini 5, iPhone 11, iPhone 11 pro, iPhone 11 pro max, iPhone SE (A13, 2nd generation), any of them.

To ensure the game runs smoothly, please reserve more than 10G storage space for mobile devices and more than 30G storage space for PC devices.

【Rules for Cross-platform Play 】

Genshin Impact is miHoYo’s first game that supports cross-play. Travelers can switch between platforms including iOS, Android and PC.

Travelers on PC platform can participate in the open test on September 15. Their data will be saved, and can be transferred to other platforms (iOS and Android) on September 28. It means that Travelers will be able to continue their game on mobile devices then.

[b]➢ PS4

[/b]

Although the data saved on PS4 cannot be transferred to iOS, Android and PC, PS4 users can invite as well as join in players on other platforms (iOS、Android、PC), in the corresponding server.
