I play it on my Huawei device which is banned from google services

This means that I play it as a visitor and I cannot register an account to keep the results in case I change the mobile.

Can this problem be solved?!

For example, is it allowed to register an account on the official website of the game and have a link with the game as the system of some other games?

The user has deleted the account

Nope, not until the google issue gets resolved and the ban gets lifted. i tried this and the only way to play is either local save or facebook.
