love the game, but gods the match making is horrendous. one min you can play a good game with good teammates and another you get massacred by the enemy team with teammates who have no idea what to do supposedly you carry the whole thing.
the gatcha is just straight up p2w because you arent getting the legendary heroes and there is no way to lvl up you character without character shards while the skin is just expensive and down bad gamble at this point.
My gods the ping spikes are getting worse and worse to the point there is no reason to even play.
devs seems to focus more on shady payment schemes(skin and legendary heroes) more the the actual server that makes the game playable,fixing the ping spikes and enough with the horrible match making.

Author likedFinally. Everything I've wanted to say all in one post. Matchmaking system is hilarious. Trophies are utter garbage and doesn't make any sense in 'casual' game play. It gets competitive overtime when you have stacked quite a lot. They should've just transferred the trophies to 'ranked' gaming hence the word.
