Laggy but enjoyable

I first played Combat Master before it got taken down the first time, and I saw a lot of potential for the game. However, I can't give it much more than 3 stars.

It's biggest issue is the lag spikes. LAG makes this game a pain to play. There needs to be better servers to keep people from lagging out for no apparent reason.

Also, the progression. The weapon XP required is way too high for any shooter. It could take me 5-6 games to get one level on one weapon. If this could be lowered at the next update, it would reward players more for playing.

However, this game, when not lagging, is extremely fun. Controls are clunky, but easier to get used to. You should be able to play with controller, but that's just a minor gripe.

I love how the gunsmith expands on Modern Warfare (2019)'s system, with decal colors, more ammo types, and so many attachments. I also enjoy how getting a blueprint will unlock the gun, and how having an attachment on the blueprint by default unlocks the attachment.

Battle passes are overdone, but this one is cheap enough to not be a huge punch in the wallet. Packs, except for the free ones, are overpriced.

Overall, if you can survive lagging agony, then I would recommend this game. Otherwise, play COD Mobile.

Feels more like Call of Duty than Call of Duty Mobile

There isn't that much bad about Combat Master despite the fact that is's unfinished. The graphics are great, the animations are great. I love the way it just puts you into the menu whe you boot up the game, unlike COD Mobile were it shoves 70 different menus in your face. It also works offline. The bots are reasonably challenging (or I'm just bad). The only thing I would change is how the crouching is snappy. Other than that, Its overall a good game

Combat Masters is a graphically impressive game. It’s visuals are more representative of modern Call of Duty games like Modern Warfare 2 (2022). Gameplay wise, it’s highly fluid and smooth in its movement and gunplay. As a competitive player, I find the small and tight maps really fun to play on. There has been a decent amount of updates as well, such as a new inclusion of a battle pass and new game mode: Search and Destroy.

filled with bots at lower ranks and even a little disturbance in your latency can disrupt the gameplay. Also sometimes even when your internet latency is good the enemies sometimes just rubber band back to someplace they were at earlier. The graphics are really good depending on your device. The gameplay is fun but the controls are not very smooth so it doesn't feels as good as call of duty mobile.
