Explaining my situation regarding my problem is asking them for help in recovering my forgotten ID On the link :
But no answers in 24 hours I still sit down from their contact is I waited 48 hours still no answers

they are having a lot of hustle in what is releasing things in the game and i also think they are working harder for that nintendo switch version so its pretty understandable not respond in many cases
