For players in Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Timor-Leste, you can now enjoy the game! The official aims to start service in the following locations in early December: Europe, Middle East, North Africa, Oceania, Russia, Taiwan, Turkey and Vietnam, and the Americas in Spring 2021.

Q: HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A RIOT ACCOUNT?[/b]

A: You’ll have the option to sign up for a Riot Account when you first download a game. You'll need an email address and your date of birth. For League, you'll also need to create a username and password.

Q: How to fix Wild Rift 'Account Missing Permissions' error?

A: You need to restart your device. This works for both Android and iOS users. Or you can solve the issue by turning your VPN on and off and restarting the game.

Q: "We've let too many poros in", what does it mean?

A: The developer is having a couple of technical difficulties with opening up the Regional Open Beta. They are working on it! Thank you for your understanding!

Q: After downloading the game, it shows "App not installed". Why?

A: This may be related to your device storage space - you don't have enough space for the application obb files. Free up your storage space and try again.

Q: "Installation failed", not compatible with my device CPU. Why?

A: For Android device, you need CPU: 1.5 GHz quad-core (32-bit or 64-bit). For iOS, CPU: 1.8 GHz duo-core (Apple A9). Note that this info was updated by the official in July.

Q: What does 'Authentication error' mean?

A: This might be related to Riot servers. Please wait patiently. The team are working on it.

A: This problem often occurs on devices like Huawei. Try to install Google Services Framework and log into the game again.

Known Issues #1 Missing Wild Cores

Players who buy Wild Cores using web payment while the League of Legends: Wild Rift app is open may not immediately see their purchase reflected in their account. If this happens to you, log out and log back in. That should do it!

If you’re still not seeing the correct number of Wild Cores, confirm that the payment went through by checking your bank/card account.
