Isekai Rondo PROS and CONS. Is it Good?

If you guys love Isekais as I do then you are probably curious how good Isekai Rondo is. Short answer - it depends.

In this article we will talk about both good and bad sides of Isekai Rondo so you can decide if this is the right game for you.

PROS

1. Isekai Feel.

Its hard to describe, but as you play the game you feel like you are part of an anime. All those learned skills popping up one after another, character growth, how you find unique teammates and so on. It got that right.

2. Skill growth based on their usage.

I just love when this is in the game. Since Morrowind I admire games, where your skills level up when you use them, instead of spreading lvl up skill points or something like that.

3. Nice graphics.

Game looks good, character design, combat and all that. You have chatacter art as well. Interface though might use a bit of polishing.

CONS

1. Insane amount of dialogues.

If you read through all the dialogues your first actual fight will take place 60 minutes in the game. You can move ingame and so some basic stuff somewhere like 30 minutes in the game. I started just skipping them, although the story is good, such a pity.

2. Crazy amount of ADs in a free version.

But yeah, you can buy full version for about 3 USD, so consider it as a chance to test the game before buying. Or just go through it with ads. I've got ad almost after each level up, although those were 5 sec skippable ads, so they arent that bad.

Verdict. Is Isekai Rondo Good?

I would say yes, but you need to take your time to read dialogues. If you are in a hurry you can just skip them, but then whats the point? Anyway after you get to the core gameplay it gets more fun. Its a decent game, so if you like JRPGs and Isekais you can give it a try.

An enjoyable start.

I'll be honest, if you don't enjoy the overpowered isekai protagonist, you should probably not bother with this one. The gameplay (combat) is automatic, you can only use their ultimates and a combo ultraspecial skill manually. It works, but the elemental system with weaknesses and advantages is pretty annoying, even if your combat power is decently high over the required CP for a stage, if you're not using the right elements you will struggle.
