the idea of this character is to have low damage but able to build powerful combos and is weak just by singling attacking

design:

abilities

passive: speed up

increase damage the longer a combo goes (i would say the damage increases by 3 or 4% with each hit)

K: reflect

tempus can use reflect to summon a mirrored copy of herself on stage, anything that hits the mirror copy well damage tempus but with slight less damage but slightly increased knock back (last 10 seconds and slightly less damage and no knockback)

K+D/A: time skip

tempus summons a time clone of her and it dashes dealing 10% damage and summoning her on the end of the dash dealing 5%

W+K: time jump

tempus is able to jump up kicking infront of her in a upward half circle motion, if it hits a opponent she then dashes forward or backward (depending on input)

S+K: rewind:

charge remind to rewind time, depending on the charge you will reverse with damage being reverses on your opponent (opponent rewinds 5 seconds earlier and the charge changes how much damage the opponent recovers instant use will have the opponent recover most of the damage with the maximum effect they recover no damage, take could take up to 7 seconds and this covers the whole stage and the opponent will get back any moves or jumps in that 5 seconds)

backstory: tempus was born in a lab with her father and mother,she was a very shy girl when she was young but very much liked to explore other places and very much was a learner, when she got older though she became more adventurous she would explore a more places both safe and dangerous, she would also continently hang out with her lovers, "shiva" who gained the name though his fighting dance style, Astaroth a female who is a demon and very much loving, and husk, a large husky who can be a giant teddy bear, but can very destructive if angered, they cared and loved each other, but one day she was running to her dad when he actives a machine and accidently traps her in time, for years she has traveled though time forever, unable to age, but she came to the flash party to try and get back to her time lane but...she was surprised when she got their to see something she thought she would never see
