New York Mysteries 1 CE is a touch screen puzzle adventure mobile game with lots of mysteries waiting for you to solve. I did enjoy this game a lot as the story plot of this game is quite awesome which prepares the foundation of our detective career. I personally believe that the puzzles in this game are very original and meaningful and aligned with the main story plot. The puzzle mysteries definitely gives a sense of good story gameplay progression where we keep getting hint for the next puzzle to solve upon completion. Unfortunately, you will have to purchase this game with $6.99 USD before you can play this game.
Basically looking into the plot of this game, you are a female detective agent who is now in the case to solve the mysterious disappearance of mafia leaders and children around the city. All you have to do is to touch around the mobile screen to interact with the objects in the screen and to collect resources/tools or to solve puzzles.
You can even store the items in your personal inventory so that you can can use them later on to gather other items or to solve puzzles in the game. You have got your journal where you have data on your pervious experiences which you can use later if a related puzzle show up. I certainly appreciated the hint system which certainly saved me from the frustrations from time to time. But it surely is very challenging if you are to keep your fingers away from the hint system.
I certainly appreciated the video cutscenes in the game that gave a bit more depth for this game. The graphics look pretty nice and polished for this game and is visually pleasing. The music is pretty natural too for the scenario. The story of the game is also quite intriguing and the gameplay progression is very aligned with the story plot. These factors overall gave me a wonderful gaming experience.
Overall, this game is totally worth trying but the questions is: Are you willing to pay $6.99 USD for this game? A 3D model game design would have made this game much better.

Verdict
I have a few Adventure/Mystery games, but I am glad to have found this one. Seeing these great-quality cutscenes and straightforward, complex puzzles makes it even more challenging.

New York Mysteries 1 CE is an adventure puzzle mobile game with lot of mysteries waiting to be revealed. Unfortunately, you will have to pay to purchase this game but I think its worth it if you love puzzle game with interesting suspenseful story plot with some cool video cutscenes that gives more life to the game.
