Team Six Armored Troops is an interesting game. Basically, you control the army and have to recruit citizens to join the army and go on war missions. Once you have some people recruited then you get the squad ready for deployment. The menus and the buildup to the actual gameplay feels overly complicated and unnecessary. A majority of this information in the squad's menu doesn't play a big enough impact to matter. The actual gameplay is you controlling the squad in a jungle like environment and just shooting enemies and blowing up bases and artillery.
That is the fun part, when you finally get through all the text tutorial and can actually get into the action. If they would simplify these menus and get you into the action faster, it would be a lot better of a game. The other problem is the controls during the gameplay are pretty awful. Most notably trying to aim at the enemies. There is no aim joystick, instead the aim joystick is tied to the move joystick. So, it controls both and makes is extremely annoying. A work around this is that you can just click on an enemy and that will move your aim crosshair over them and have your squad shoot at them.
Overall, it's a slightly above average game that you may or may not enjoy. The action is fun and exciting for the gameplay, but the unnecessary menus tend to hurt the fun.
