New matchmaking system is terrible. U r mostly matched with bad players vs too good ones. also now u get matched BEFORE picking hero. So how am i supposed to play new lvl 1 hero i just got when enemy picks his lvl 10 main? Game is gonna kill itself like that. I think i will hold myself with spending on pass etc and if it will keep going like that i think I'll just uninstall

We hope that we can solve the problems of unreasonable matching and long matching time by selecting characters after matching successfully, and avoid the game experience problems caused by multiple therapists or tanks in a team, so that players can match better lineup in the selection stage, and can also enjoy the higher cooperation.

i think that most of the players are just casual low rank players, not pros aiming for best team comp. so basically what it done: people still pick what they want but now they don't have system that will match team to fit them and u end up with 3 flankers in team with high probability that someone will be trying his new lvl 1 character. but i don't blame them. what they have to do? don't touch hero they wanted just to grind for the next month to get enough chests to level up to at least this lvl 7? or force themselves to pick something from role they don't main or moreover never played just to fit the team comp? sure I got the point of this matchmaking change but for now it's far far away from being at least acceptable. at least add role picking before matching so system will fill you someone u can create real team with. and idk, add something like low level matchmaking or bot filling so people will be able to pick and try not leveled heroes. rly, otherwise it will be unplayable and i can say it myself i am closer to quiting the game than liking it at least as half as before
