Bad matchmaking. Casual game feels like rank game no longer a home for low level hero. My opinion to remove the selection hero menu on casual game and make the matchmaking base on glory lvl of individual hero chosen. Casual game - grinding. Rank game- competitive.

I find it a little boring that I don't have many more options and playing the same modes is boring

Game is good but i hate it when there's no option to choose a protagonist like male or female most players want to create a player not center around a pre locked character
