Myth: Gods of Asgard will fulfill your every wish! I’m your guiding angel, Veir, and today I will be talking about the god of beauty and love, Freya.

Character Intro

Freya is the Goddess of Love, War, and Magic. She also oversees Harvest,

Fertility, and Love. Kind and extremely beautiful, she is most loved by people,

for the people who dwell in the realm of ice and snow always fervently look

forward to the arrival of Spring. Donning the most exquisite of dresses

decorated with heron feathers, one can often gaze at her graceful figure flying

through the sky. Yet, she also goes to battle in full armor as she leads the

Valkyries to recruit fallen heroes for Odin.

Character Overview

Wielding her staff, Freya can cast a variety of magic spells from a

distance. She also possesses good mobility, and by combining her skills and

normal attacks, enemies will have a hard time closing in on her. However, her

weakness lies in her relatively low damage output. Players need to find the

perfect skill build for Freya to fight against enemies at all ranges.

Character Specialties

Out of the five heroes in the current version, Freya is the only Mage

hero. She possesses decent mobility and a fairly long attack range. As a

long-range hero, she is a lot more mobile than Ullr. With her flashy skill

effects and her survival capability, Freya is a hero well worth trying.

- Powerful Skill 1 [Magic Torrent], Powerful Skill 2 [Magic Surge], and Special Skill 2 [Arcane Blast] can grant an attack buff, drastically increasing her damage output.

- Special Skill 1 [Arcane Orb] launches a slow-moving [Arcana Orb] and sucks in nearby enemies, continuously dealing AoE damage to enemies in range.

- Special Skill 3 [Dark Orb] summons a [Black Hole] that inflicts multi-hit magic attacks on enemies, dealing 150% damage to enemies every 0.2s for 3s. At Lv. 3, within 3s of casting this skill, her next [Dash] can also summon another [Black Hole].

The above are some skill tips. You can adjust your skills based on actual battle scenarios during the preparation phase.

Playing in Actual Battles

As a long-range Mage hero with high mobility, Freya’s damage is relatively lower than other melee heroes. However, her powerful AoE attacks can quickly finish off minions from a long distance with little HP cost.

Firstly, her normal attack is a four-attack combo, and each attack deals

considerable damage. Her Normal Attack 2 [Charged Missile] casts multiple [Tracking] Missiles during the four-attack combo and gains up to 8 stacks of [Enchantment]. At 8 stacks, Freya casts [Magic] Missiles instead, dealing damage in a rapid fashion for 3s.

Secondly, Freya’s Powerful Skills have a cooldown of 1s, which is comparatively shorter than other heroes. Freya’s Powerful Skill 2 is very useful as well. After a short charging period, [Magic Surge] unleashes multiple [Lasers], dealing damage to enemies in a straight line 3 times, with each time dealing 95% damage. At higher skill levels, Magic Surge can unleash 2 more [Lasers].

Lastly, Freya’s Special Skill 3 [Dark Orb] summons a [Black Hole] in front of her. The [Black Hole] sucks in nearby enemies and deals 150% damage every 0.2s for 3s.

Deck Recommendations

When preparing cards for hero skills, in addition to matching with the hero specialties, we must also take note of the special effects that come with

the active skill cards. When choosing passive skill cards, it's better to enhance the special effects of the active skill cards. For example, for Baldr’s [Light Beams] effect, choosing passive cards such as [Scary Nightmare] and [Radiant Light] that also have [Light Beams] effects can greatly boost your fighting capacity.

For the current version, here are some suggestions for Freya’s build:

- Main Divine Power Card: Sif, Heimdallr, Odin, and Baldr are your options, but do prioritize Sif and Heimdallr.

- Normal Attack: When you choose Normal Attack 2 [Charged Missile], it’s

recommended to use Sif or Heimdallr cards.

- Powerful Attack: Powerful Skill 3 [Arcane Defense] is an excellent option for dealing damage over a long period of time. Best to pair with Odin, Heimdallr, or Baldr cards.

- Special Attack: Special Skill 2 [Arcane Blast] also deals damage over a long period of time. Best to pair with Odin or Heimdallr cards.
