TLDR: Cozy Cafe is a simple and enjoyable idle game for those who prefer a laid-back gaming experience. The premise is straightforward: upgrade your cafe to fulfill customer orders, and it features a cute aesthetic. It's not burdened with excessive menus, but some levels can feel a bit long. Overall, it's a relaxing game, perfect for playing on the go. Score: 8/10 Did I enjoy it? Yes, sometimes it is good to have a game with no competition and a cute atmosphere. Would I come back to it? Absolutely. Believe it or not, I purchased the ad removal for this game because I like it so much. Personal playtime: 2 hours With so many games forcing you to test your metal against other players, getting the opportunity to just enjoy a simple game on the go sounds more appealing. As an idle game, Cozy Cafe fits just that bill. The premise is very simple: upgrade your store to complete your customers orders. Rinse and repeat. Yet, the cutesy astetic makes me enjoy it doubly while I have my cat sit next to me. There is not an abundance of menus, and in an idle game, that is saying a lot. The only thing that I did not like was that some of the levels did feel a bit too long. That is even with the $5 purchase that I made to remove ads. If you can just sit back and relax, you have a laid-back gaming experience.

PLAY IT OR SKIP IT? Play it, especially if you’re a fan of cozy games. Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly is a sweet, slow-paced game that never feels stressful. It has plenty of coffee brewing, but the game’s main focus is on heart-to-heart conversations. There are some returning faces from the first Coffee Talk, but you don’t have to play the original to enjoy the sequel. It’s a game anyone can enjoy, whether they’re an experienced barista or a novice coffee brewer.
