'Muse Dash' review - Muse Dash

4.7/5 A rhythm game that is superb! The game itself really outclass others rhythm game in different aspects including the different genre of anime style arts, more than 200+ songs to play in different difficulties, easiest control that I can find in rhythm game at the same time challenging to beat master stages/ get full combo, and the most exciting part, collaborations that include playable characters and collaboration musics! Muse dash really match both arts and musics well. Great work!

It's simple to pick up but difficult to master gameplay mechanics, colorful visuals, and catchy soundtrack make it a must-play for fans of the genre. There are some questionable design decisions but that does not detract from the fact that it is a very enjoyable game experience. I would have also liked to have seen a bit more variety in terms of genre of music but those that are in the base game are not bad. Seeing what the DLC had to offer left me wanting more though. I was lucky enough to purchase it at a discount of .99 but even at its 2.99 base price point you are still looking at hours of enjoyment. I would definitely recommend you giving it a try.
