if you has played Achero, its P2W, but doom is more p2w when the boss is kind of hard to defeat unless you “kill it fast”.

its like Poe, everything is fine, but this game is P2W, they release new season every 3 month, this mean you have to replay the game if you want new content and pay everything again for new character.

Gameplay liltle bit like Soul-Knight, they sell everything on the shop, strongest characters cost 10$ (85gem) & weapon, ring, armor,… cost around 50$ for full set, no leveling or xp gain, just farming material, they has gacha machine too.
