PROS
1. Fantastic character design
Demian Saga have really good character design. Art is well done and both waifus and husbandos look good, each character have its own unique features and vibe.
2. New ideas in genre
Demian Saga features some new features I never saw before in gacha games, like team bonuses now can be varied, instead of old good 5-heroes-of-the-same-faction. You have some achievement tree, each hero have a skilltree, team preset formations and many other.
3. Huge character roster
At the start of the game Demian Saga have 51 unique heroes, and there will be more added as the game develops. As always characters have their roles, factions and tiers.
4. Multiple game modes
Demian Saga features a lot of game modes available to the players. They are ranging from common campaign, arena and infinite tower to some more sophisticated adventures.
5. Fair Summon rates
Demian Saga have pretty fair summon rates for a gacha game. Chance to pull highest tier SSR summon is 4%, which equals to approximately 1 SSR in 25 pulls. You will also get guaranteed SSR Summon every 30 summons, so even if luck isnt on your side, you will get your cool heroes.
CONS
1. Annoying tutorial
Most games have long annoying tutorial in the early game that lasts for 20-40 minutes and Demian Saga is no exception. Just add skip tutorial button, so we can get to the actual gameplay, please.
Conclusion. Is Demian Saga Good?
Yes.
Demian Saga seems like a good gacha game at the first sight. It have everything you might need: hot characters, a lot of game modes, plenty of free premium currency, good summon rates and overall pleasant experience and vibe. The only question is how mid-end game is and how p2w it will be down the road.
