It's a very retro pixel game, just like the NES game I used to play as a kid. The game is small but informative and you can easily complete the tutorial. But I didn't know the rules of the bowl, so I lost the ball since I didn't know how to pass it in the real match. The game is great and I recommend players who know or like bowl games to play.

Retro Bowl is American football by way of the bygone 8-bit era of game design, which is very rare. To be honest, the touchscreen controls are perfect, with different strokes for diving, juking, and moving. I often found myself playing with them due to the immediacy they provide, and if you fancy playing it on your phone you’ll find it’s a great experience.
