what you're asking for is near impossible with this kind of game, you're basically asking them to make the game look like a PS1 game just so it can run on your devices, just think about it, if it were that easy they would've already done it because they'd earn more revenue but they can't and won't because the game won't look visually appealing and as accurate as the console version which is what they're aiming for.
