I updated and downloaded everything and now game says Matching server unable to connect even to warehouse...it shows team Vs team loading and gets back to main UI and asks want to join match again. trying for 2 hrs now and didn't play single match

Hi, there. Have you checked your network connection and your vpn? PUBG is banned in India for policy reason. You may need to use vpn.
