Demon Dogfight: TEPPEN Launches New Card Pack with Monster Hunter Rise and Darkstalkers Characters

TEPPEN, the digital card game, is set to launch its latest pack, “Demon Dogfight,” today. The new card pack brings together iconic characters from multiple popular franchises, including Street Fighter, Devil May Cry, Mega Man, and Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, to name a few.

The “Demon Dogfight” pack features a battle over the “Forbidden Fruit,” which, when possessed, grants immense magical power. Demonic tribes from the Darkstalkers series and the Monster Hunter series team up, sometimes voluntarily and sometimes forcibly, to claim the fruit. Fans can expect to see epic battles between Morrigan Aensland & Lunagaron, Demitri Maximoff & Malzeno, and Jedah Dohma & Garangolm, along with Shiranui from the Okami series, who descends on the battlefield to keep the fruit away from the armies of hell.

The new pack introduces four new cards: “Underworld Lord Jedah,” a black card; “New Demon Queen Morrigan,” a purple card; “Dark Scion Demitri,” a red card; and “Donalbain,” a green card. All the cards have unique abilities, and players can explore the pack to find out more about them.

In addition to the new cards, there are various events and campaigns for players to enjoy. Players can earn new relics and player icons, such as Sakura, Palico, Vergil, and Decapre, by testing their skills in the limited-time Event Quest “Mission of Ruin.” There are also new and returning BGMs available in the Soul Shop, along with two new skins for “Golden Mane -Rajang: Rise Version” and “Gate.”

The “Demon Dogfight” launch also marks the end of the “Genma Onslaught” card set in Standard Mode. This means that the card sets, including DAY OF NIGHTMARES, The Devils Awaken, and The Force Seekers, among others, are no longer allowed in Standard Mode.

TEPPEN is available on the App Store, Google Play, and the Amazon Appstore. The TEPPEN SPECIAL PACK 21 is on sale from May 1 through May 31, 2023, and players who purchase it will have a chance to earn the new “Yellow Headband (Ryu)” skin. For more information, visit the official website.
