Curse of the Sea Rats Review (PC) - Gaming with Joy

Yo Ho Yo Ho the pirate...oh wait, sorry wrong game Welcome to the sea, the vast blue oceans where dangerous things lurk and items that are either a blessing or a curse. In this case probably more of a curse...meaning we are turned into a rat... Today we are looking at Curse of the Sea Rats. Summary Embark on the epic journey of four prisoners of the British empire, transformed into rats by the notorious pirate witch, Flora Burn. To regain their human bodies, they will have to fight dangerous bosses, uncover the secrets of the vast Irish coast, and ultimately capture the witch who cursed them.

PLAY IT OR SKIP IT? You need to play Curse of the Sea Rats! This polished and addictive game is one of the best Metroidvania titles I’ve ever played. It has a rich story, stunning visuals, and a map that’s large enough to keep anyone exploring for hours on end. Add in deep combat and some pretty good tunes, and Curse of the Sea Rats is one swashbuckling adventure that I’d recommend everyone should embark on.
