I am so exhausted to play this game

I'm not a big fan of mobile games but I played this game for three hours straight and one day. Love the gameplay so I expect to be playing this for a while.

Game overall isn't bad but has very poor optimization that makes it less enjoyable (main issue) . I as well unfortunately not a fan of that eating , drinking or sleeping to survive stuff as it makes me less enjoying for the game , it kinda makes me nervous & annoyed with (personal problem) & (side issue) .
