1. He is OP, you can know who is duck or goose/neutral. I know its 45 seconds, but if you can use it and the player appears angel, that player its overall reliable, at the end of the game if you find like 3 players with angel, its more like you are gonna win, you have less options to who is duck.
2. With detective, you search for devil players, with inquisitor you search for angel players, because you can know who is not a duck, thats sounds op, and really is. Ah pelican is alive, thats not your job, thats stalker, canadian, birdwatcher, astral, sERiaL KilLEr job, you don't need to do everything.
3. It's fun to find out who is duck based on your ability, you can't use it while corrupted/night, it's just a waste, but I won some games with Inquisitor and was fantastic, I could carry everyone (when I wasn't dead ._.), so far, an excelent role.

HIGH PRIEST
What can I say about the High Priest? Well, thats an awesome role. Like Assassin in other maps, you can kill during meetings, but only when you are corrupted.

While Assassin can kill 2 birds (one of them can be yourrself :P), as High Priest you can kill everyone you want! Just figure out what they are and BOOM, dead.
You can be dumb
If you miss your shot, you don't suicide! So as long as you are not dead, you can still try!

My fav role is Pelican because it's just an easy role to play with little to no evidence of ur quick lil meal! It's hype to solo clutch with no team, and I'm good at hide and seek for when it's the final countdown. Also, it forces people to interact with me with no way to escape except my death heeheheHHEHEHEH!

It's hard to choose one favorite, there are so many great and unique roles in GGD. On the Geese side I like the Adventurer, because it's funny to watch the reactions of others, when they see I didn't die from the boulder/chandelier/mummy. On the Ducks side I like the Professional, because it's the best counter against the Canadian Goose and it leaves invisible corpes behind, I also like the Esper, Assassin, ID Thief, Morphling and Party Duck too. On the Neutral side I like them all, but mostly I love the Pelican, the chaos it can cause by devouring others, who then rage in its belly, it's the most hilarious thing ever :D
