Do not play this game. Warner Brothers are changing the game's previous f2p friendly monetization system to make it more p2w. They did this because Global players were complaining about how p2w their versions is compared to others. So INSTEAD of making Global better, they are making other servers worse! What a complete joke and idiotic move. This game will fail as an eSports. Just play Hogwarts Legacy and stay away.l from this game.

This game is extremely predatory. After player feedback, instead of changing Global to make it less predatory, they are instead changing China/Taiwan's version to make them MORE predatory. So they were afraid players would compare the two versions, so they changed China server for the worse, which means Global will continue to be extremely predatory and thus, not worth your time. Harry Potter is a great IP, but this game isn't worth it. Just buy Hogwarts Legacy and play that.

Gameplay is so good, but why you guys make money like this way??? I really love the story of Harry Potter, but...I'm very very very disappointed. Pay to win is not a good idea to sustainable development. I can't play this game anymore. Love the gameplay but... speechless.

I haven't played a Harry Potter game in a long time. The most recent were the Philosopher's Stone and Quidditch World Cup in 2001 and 2003.
So hearing that you can't play Quidditch at all in the game was rather upsetting as it is one of the most engaging activities throughout the franchise.
The developers announced that it would not be included in Hogwarts Legacy.
