PayDay: Crime war is the mobile version of the PC Game which officially released recently. I jumped in and tried it out and yeah, it's a decent port. I should mention though that I was unable to match in a game until I used a VPN and set it to Canada. It wouldn't let me matchmake without one.
In PayDay: Crime War you will team up with other players or Bots and do heists. You can choose the heists on the maps and decide how you want your heists to take place. They can be guns blazing or stealthy if you can. I personally loved going in guns blazing, so that's what I did.
I did notice that even thought the game has officially launched, I never did get a full team of real players. I had 2 games with only 1 other player in my team and the rest of my games were all bots. Which I thought was rather odd. I would have thought there would have been more people playing and matching since it's an official launch.
The bots will also stay at the loading spot and not follow you until you engage the heist. And then they will come join you. Except in one game where they decided to follow the other player who had decided to either AFK or Disconnect, causing me to be alone while trying to break into the safe.
That was a pretty intense heist since I was basically doing it solo. Thankfully I still managed to get it done. When you complete missions you will get safes that you can open, these are basically loot boxes. You can drill the safes to open them. It took me 10 minutes of waiting to open the standard safes.
Or you can just use the premium currency to speed up the process. You will end up relying on these loot box safes because you need duplicates of weapons and gear in order to upgrade them. You can get these safes from missions as well as the battle pass.
Visually the game has definitely kept the same aesthetic as the PC version. Even the graphics are similar when you put the settings to max. Though you will still need a relatively strong phone if you want to max out all the settings.
Overall I'd say that PayDay: Crime War is a decent heist shooter game that has been ported over from PC very well. The controls are good and the gameplay is smooth. Matchmaking may need some work though. Other than that, I really enjoyed my experience in PayDay: Crime War. I highly recommend you giving it a try.
